At Remedé and Root, each product is thoughtfully crafted in small batches with intention and care. Due to the personal nature of body care products and to maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, all sales are final.
Order Concerns
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address], including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will carefully review your request and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Remedé and Root is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We kindly recommend ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Sensitivities & Patch Testing
Our products are formulated with thoughtfully selected ingredients. As with all body care, individual sensitivities may occur. We encourage reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test prior to full use. Remedé and Root cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing or shipment.
