Order Processing

 

 

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM EST or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • During sales, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

 

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has shipped.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

 

 

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

 

 

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

 

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

 

 

  • Remedé and Root is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or filing a claim.

 

 

 

Incorrect Addresses

 

 

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Returned packages due to address issues may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

 

 

 

Damaged Items

 

 

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email] with:

     

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

     

  • We will review and work with you on a resolution.

 

 

 

International Shipping

 

 

  • At this time, Remedé and Root ships within the United States only.
