Orders placed after 5 PM EST or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has shipped.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Remedé and Root is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or filing a claim.
Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returned packages due to address issues may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
