Remedé and Root products are handcrafted and made in small batches. As such, slight variations in color, texture, and scent may occur and are considered normal.

3. Orders & Payments

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for information on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery estimates. Remedé and Root is not responsible for delays or issues once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient lists prior to purchase. Remedé and Root is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
